You can conveniently check the balance and top-up transport cards for the Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir, and Kirov regions using the Siticard mobile app.

Stay informed about your transport card's current status wherever you are and at any time. Simply open the Siticard app provided by NovaCard JSC and place your transport card on the back of your NFC-enabled smartphone.

If your phone supports NFC, you can generate a virtual transport card within the app. This virtual card offers a favorable tariff, instant top-up, and real-time balance information. Multiple virtual cards can be created using the app, and regulations for issuing virtual transport cards vary by region.

If NFC isn't supported on your device, you can check your balance using the barcode or transport card number.

Top-up your transport card using a payment card from any bank without incurring any additional fees. Additionally, you have the option to adjust the tariff of your transport card to suit your needs.

Transactions initiated with either the transport card number or through payments via Sberbank Online or the Siticard website can be stored on the transport card within the Siticard app. To utilize this feature, sign in to your profile or create an account. Writing transactions is restricted to phones equipped with an NXP certified NFC controller.

Important: For Nizhny Novgorod transport cards, if full NFC support is lacking, balance operations can be carried out at designated terminals within the Nizhny Novgorod Metro or MFC centers. Replenishment and extension transactions for all types of cards must be completed at the transport validator on journeys from the following day after payment (tariff modifications cannot be made at the transport validator).
